Fighter!

Fighter!

I’ve been torn asunder,
My heart was ripped in too.
The pain that grew within me,
Was stronger than any knew.

But like a LEGO house,
You built my bricks back up,
All those horrid memory’s,
They really really suck.

But then I see it,
The hand that reaches down.
I reach up and grab it,
More hands pull me from the hound.

When I pass the surface,
A sight of such reward.
For their are my friends and family,
My shield, my axe and sword.

Beat but once!

Once beaten but never again!

I was beaten driven insane,
The life I lived wrapped in pain.
Then you came through the dark,
Like the song of a guiding lark.

You showed me courage, strength and might,
You were a star shining through the night.
Family and never friend,
You’re in my heart until the end.

Never shall I trip or fall,
Never shall I face downfall.
The love you have built a tower,
Now my will, will never cower.

When you need me, call my name,
I’ll help you face the final endgame.
Count on me in times of strife,
That’s the cost of friends for life.

Antibodies

A creature from another land,
Taking money from your hand.
Living in homes built for you,
Hatred grew and grew and grew.

It crept in and changed you life,
Took money, food and caused you strife.
It made you ill and many cried,
It’s now set your life aside.

But antibodies you all had,
Your treatment had made us sad.
But we are mighty, strong and true.
We are the army to see you through.

We live in homes of worn brick,
We work in in places, that make us sick.
But for you we wage a war,
Many of us have seen before.

The only difference; now you say
To all of us hip hip hurray.
“We who you say took you jobs,
Fight for you at so much cost.”

We were the antibodies hidden from sight,
We were the ones to end the night.
After we have won the fight,
We were the antibodies hidden in plain sight.

Drivers

Just for the Ambulance crew!

My heroes on wheels!

Who gets you to hospital,
When you make the 999 call.
The heroes all dressed in green,
In PPE that seems obscene.

That issue can not be fixed,
When adding pandemic to the mix.
But still they fight their way through,
Selflessness in the dictionary shows you.

To those who move you on the way,
I shout, stamp and clap hurray.
We need more people with your skill,
Compassionate to all who are ill.

Your sirens comfort, your on your way,
How many people saved day to day!
Though you do your very best,
At times people face a final rest.

But in those moments at the end,
A better compass I can’t comprehend.
So thank you for the work you do,
You’re my heroes through and through.

A poem of love for you and all you colleagues x x x

Legendary Tom

Ther Legend of Tom

There was a hero long ago,
His name was Captain Moore
He travelled to another land,
Where he fought a terrible war.

He didn’t let it stop there
What a hero he became!
As he grew to raise money
fundraising his was he’s game.

Charity begins at home they say,
In some ways this is true.
The challenge made by family,
Has made it to global news.

He was there in Burma,
Philanthropic in his core,
He’s kindness and good deeds,
Shining through once more.

So remember his kind words,
That’s travelled all time zones.
In this time of great despair,
“You’ll never walk alone.”

River Analogy!

Life is like a river,
It flows to the sea,
It twists on its journey,
Yet it flows very free.

It meanders as it travels,
It weaves across the land.
It weathers cliffs and rocks,
Creating beaches of sand.

Water flows so quickly,
Its waves are often  rough.
Islands form in chaos,
Waters are enough.

True friend

Friends

True friends can sit in silence,
They listen and offer advice.
Though you may disagree,
Their words are to improve your life.

Some friends talk the talk,
Yet you rarely see them.
What you don’t understand,
Anxiety has beat em.

The world is not black and white,
Thoughts don’t slot neatly into place.
Fear and anxiety reach out,
Your friends held in their embrace.

Don’t question if they’re there for you,
Question if they are ok.
A good friends doesn’t need to prove it,
A good friend will find a way.

We have problems in our life’s,
Some don’t mean to offend.
I see many messages asking us to prove,
We are loyal and true friends.

Call me and I’ll answer,
Cry and I will comfort.
Laugh and I will join,
Love is given not bought.

I’m your friend forever,
At times I’ll scream and shout.
But when you really need be,
I’ll always be about.

Don’t let them suffer!

Don’t let them suffer!

The crying on the phone,
The bruises on the arm.
No one hears his screams,
No one raises alarm.

He was beaten by his girl,
Her rages grew so fast.
How long could he survive,
If this lockdown did last.

She hated how she went mad,
Hated how she behaved.
She feared for where he’d end up,
And decided she must be brave.

She rang a number for the police,
Sobbing she asked for help.
They came to give her support,
No longer would he yelp.

Somewhere not so far away,
A girl hid in her room.
She sobbed and wept in despair,
For the man who was her groom.

He started of so lovely,
But life had worn him down,
She feared where she would end,
If she stayed around.

When he went for his daily run,
She fled through the door.
When he returned he found a note,
They weren’t together anymore.

Life can be difficult at times,
Now more than ever.
If you start that slippery slope,
Suffering will last forever.

You are not a victim,
Weakness in you had no home.
Sometimes we need to sacrifice,
To ensure all’s safe at home.

Don’t let yourself fall victim,
Don’t let yourself be prey.
Reach out to someone close,
Start to get away.

It need not be forever,
Love can help you through.
Take away the dangerous risk,
Then do what you need to do.

Nobody should ever be allowed to hurt you,

New year!

A New Year has started,
It ended as we partied.
A new one just begun,
I hope you have fun.

Dancing all night,
The drinkers will fight.
Another year passed,
Resolutions won’t last.

Time to kiss lovers,
Sisters and mothers,
Shake hands with the men,
Wish luck every one of them.

A year of inspiration,
To strengthen a nation.
A vision of peace,
Offering love and release.

A chance to remember,
The passing December.
The people now gone,
Yet with us all along

Friends we have made,
Other friendships decayed.
A year of events,
Retired parents.

Happy new year to you all

Aspiration,

Hopes and aspiration,
Feeding my inspiration,
Wonders and dreams,
Flowing in streams,

A magical feeling,
Reach up to the ceiling.
Bringing me fame ,
A true poet in name.

Remembered as a blast
As a poet I will last.
I have found such hope,
It helps my mind to cope.

Words that weave a magic spell,
In epic verses that I shall tell.
Until the day I will depart,
A stopping of a poets heart.

People have began to notice,
It feels me with such pride.
Insecurities still exist,
They can’t be brushed aside.

I am able to stand tall,
To show I’m feeling happy.
A true sense of being ok,
What will be will be.

Coping mechanisms I use,
Making me feel better
Talking helps me through,
Also writing it in a letter.

Counselling has helped me find,
What I truly store in me.
Now I’m trying to show others,
I’m setting myself and them free.

Pressure seems less daunting,
A more manageable degree,
A ghost of what I want lingers,
Memories that still haunti me.

I’m better than I used to be,
Stronger now deep inside,
Yet I wish I could heal all wounds,
Take back all the tears I’ve cried.

Pandora

Pandora

The current situation,

Reminiscent of a myth.

Pandora, was made temptress,

To Epimetheus, given as a gift.

A box she was awarded,

By the many gods.

Yet little did she know,

Their mind turning with cogs.

Prometheus had once stole fire,

They created strife, famine and death.

It ate away at all humankind,

It left them quite bereft.

Each and every illness,

Created by those in charge.

Released into the world,

Humanity dying at large.

Yet this is the ending,

Let’s start where it began.

With fire that separated,

The known gods from man.

Prometheus stole fire,

He handed it to them.

The gods grew very angry,

Violence they intend.

To punish all of humanity,

They shaped a girl in clay.

Awarded great beauty,

To take man’s breath away.

Yet for him she was intended,

Epimetheus was blown away.

Such an amazing gift he had,

From gods, on he’s wedding day.

Prometheus offered caution,

Oh the first lady on Earth.

Hestia stoked the ancient fire,

In Olympus’s golden Hearth.

Pandora as a bridal gift,

Was given a box to hold.

Never must she open it,

Was all that she was told.

They enabled the box to open.

Suddenly, horrors leapt out

Curiosity led her down a path,

Destruction she brought about.

She wept with all humanity,

Cried, filling up a well,

Until the final gift came out,

To the world hope did dispel.

Children's Challenge

Children’s Challenge!

Today I set a challenge,

For all the boys and girls.

To help inspire all,

Around this very world.

Astounded by the thinking,

Flabbergasted by the thought.

Of all the initiatives,

The children had then sought.

Ann created a game,

Called Isolation with you!

Where the occupants of home,

Shared tales they all lived through.

Billy create Child Dreams

Where parents could explore,

All that they wanted to do,

In their youth before.

Each challenge was a gift,

To see each other through,

My favourite though I think,

Was at the end what would we do.

Power in your heart and mind!

Power comes from within,
It’s stored in heart and mind.
Though you feel the weakness grow,
Purchase on you it won’t find.

You are strong and fight it’s grip,
You will stand your ground.
You are mightier than the pain,
In you darkness won’t be found.

I can hear pleas and cries for help,
So help is what I will give.
These time will flow past,
You will survive and live.

You are strong and fight it’s pain,
You will stand proud and true.
You are mightier than the pain,
The darkness won’t be found in you.

We are separated it is true,
Stiff upper lip seems wrong.
Believe me you can get back,
To where you know you belong.

You are strong and fight it’s grip,
You will stand your ground.
You are mightier than the pain,
In you darkness won’t be found.

So many voices raised as one,
You feel yours is downed out.
Voices raised with pain and grief,
These are louder than a shout.

You are strong and fight it’s grip,
You will stand your ground.
You are mightier than the pain,
In you darkness won’t be found.

You are the mighty wind,
The mountain strong and stout.
The ocean expanding everyday,
Discovering what life’s about.

You are strong and fight it’s grip,
You will stand your ground.
You are mightier than the pain,
In you darkness won’t be found

Loneliness and isolation,
Make you trapped in pain.
But the power and strength,
In your resolve remain,

You are strong and fight it’s grip,
You will stand your ground.
You are mightier than the pain,
In you darkness won’t be found.

I hear the words yo do not say,
The worries and the strife.
The current situation to you,
Feels like the death of life.

You are strong and fight it’s grip,
You will stand your ground.
You are mightier than the pain,
In you darkness won’t be found.

I too am alone right now,
But despair won’t enter me.
I hear the pain from you my dear,
Your family is right here.

You are strong and fight it’s grip,
You will stand your ground.
You are mightier than the pain,
In you darkness won’t be found.

So if you feel alone,
In this barren landscape.
I am with you walking alone,
Family you’ll never escape.

You are strong and fight it’s grip,
You will stand your ground.
You are mightier than the pain,
In you darkness won’t be found.

Album

The album

Today while I was cleaning,
I found a picture of you.
It made me smile, laugh and cry,
A memory of love so true.

It showed me a moment in time,
Which we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

Today I found a badge you gave,
It filled me with such joy.
It took me back to times of old,
When happiness was employed,

It showed me a moment in time,
Which we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

Inside the box a certificate,
Of a mock adoration,
Made me feel happy,
A loving admiration.

It showed me a moment in time,
Which we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

I found a picture of past ex’s,
It made my heart skip.
Memories I still cherish,
Though I lost your firm grip.

It showed me a moment in time,
Which we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

The past is what defined me,
The futures mine to mold.
These treasures inside of me,
Will guide me as time unfolds.

It showed me a moment in time,
Which we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

I can’t be who I was then,
I can’t return to him.
But the light inside me grows,
Never shall I let it dim.

It showed me a moment in time,
Where we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure

You are the one who carries me,
In every heart I’ve known.
Without your presence in my life,
I fear how I may have grown.

It showed me a moment in time,
Where we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

A chain message seeking proof,
That you I love and adore.
Has no place in my life,
Its these memories that mean more.

It showed me a moment in time,
Where we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

I love you all who touched my life,
Who saw me in times of pain.
Who celebrated the epic life,
You helped me to proclaim.

It showed me a moment in time,
Where we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

The album is a treasured gift,
It will last until the end.
I want you to know one thing,
You’re my family not a friend.

It showed me a moment in time,
Where we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure.

Though times pass in history,
Those will never fade.
Moments of our unity,
In my mind they will stay.

It showed me a moment in time,
Which we shared together.
That memory will always remain,
A thought I truly do treasure

Someone loves you!

Someone you love!

I’ve had a message from someone you love,
It came to me last night.
The message was one of warmth and joy,
It said, ‘child you’re doing alright.’

Everyday someone loves you,
They stand there by your side.
At night they smooth your hair,
They quietly beam with pride.

They said they walk with you each day,
They’re right by your side.
They are forever at your call,
They’re love will never subside.

Everyday someone loves you,
They stand there by your side.
At night they smooth your hair,
They quietly beam with pride.

Each day they watch as you grow strong,
They watch as your light grows.
Your courage grit and determination,
Is the only reward they seek to know.

Everyday someone loves you,
They stand there by your side.
At night they smooth your hair,
They quietly beam with pride.

They said your sad days are blue,
They said they watch you cry.
But your resilience to such strife,
Shows how much you can truly fly.

Everyday someone loves you,
They stand there by your side.
At night they smooth your hair,
They quietly beam with pride.

The message that was coming through,
Was one that spoke of pride.
Everyday they marvel at you,
Sacred love they cannot hide.

Everyday someone loves you,
They stand there by your side.
At night they smooth your hair,
They quietly beam with pride.

You stand tall, strong and mighty.
You face the world with skill.
The battles that you fight each day,
Show them in life you’ll deal.

Everyday someone loves you,
They stand there by your side.
At night they smooth your hair,
They quietly beam with pride.

You are the weaver of your fate,
Your destiny is oh so grand.
Ensure you live the long happy life,
Before you retake their hand.

Everyday someone loves you,
They stand there by your side.
At night they smooth your hair,
They quietly beam with pride.

Broken Promises

Broken promises

It’s amazing how quickly,
We break promises we made.
The year we said no more,
As we watched Caroline fade.

The promise to be kind,
Seems a dull memory now.
Yet only 2 months ago,
A promise many vowed.

Time has passed strangely,
Since the passing of a star,
The promises we made,
Didn’t get us very far.

In our own isolation,
It should be easy to see.
The feeling you are alone,
Needs to beaten quickly.

Witches died in Salem,
Many many years ago.
Set up by the people,
Who claimed to love them so.

The method of deciding,
All these women’s fates.
Was drowning them in water,
Bound, unable to escape.

So in a year of kindness,
How well have you done?
Casting a dark shadow,
Over essentials of someone.

I am not a judge,
I do not tell you.
I simply pose the question,
How well did you do?

When I grow up?

When I was Young ...

When I was young I want to be...
A knight upon his reliable steed.
A brave hero who fought until,
His fair maiden was finally freed.

She was strong and clever too,
She could have escaped had she tried
She never did escape because,
She knew it would hurt my pride.

When I was young I wanted to be...
A doctor or a nurse to heal.
I wanted to imitate Florence,
Help them get better still.

To clear away infection,
To dress and wrap a wound.
To listen to their issues,
To viruses make them immune.

When I was young I wanted to be....
A police officer patrolling the beat.
To stop criminals in his path,
Keeping the peace on our streets.

A job of note and high degree,
To protect and serve all.
To rid the streets of unwanted crime,
To be there to answer the call.

When I was young I wanted to be...
A stuntman on his bike.
A daredevil on an iron beast,
Stage named ‘Fearless Mike.’

I would practice on my ride,
Wheelies, tricks and turns.
However falling into the wall,
A different career I must discern.

When I was young I wanted to be...
A dancer on the stage.
A mover of the dancing art,
A wonder of the age.

I tried to dance openly,
Whenever I was able.
But my skill barely showed,
The dream I will disable.

When I was young I wanted to be...
Like my primary teachers.
I wanted to spread the learned word,
About the world and all it’s creatures.

Now I am a teacher,
A supposed academic wiz.
I love my career choice,
Anyone for a pop quiz?

What you wanted to be...
May not be what you are.
But if you really want it,
That dream will take you far.

Essential a Reality

Essential reality

I’d like to ask a question,
To all you if I might?
What do you call essential,
In this epic fight?

Who gave you permission,
To question what this means?
Essential is very different,
To judge aloud is so obscene.

For many it’s the distraction,
That helps to keep them sound.
In these none essential items,
Prevention may be found.

A person choosing paint,
May be fighting a harmful need.
This is essential to them,
It willhelp them to succeed.

A person with a pen,
Molds words into craft.
Writing thoughts and feelings,
Keeps them safely on the raft.

A person who is making,
Random things at home.
Is doing it so simply,
So anxiety can’t be grown.

A person buying flowers,
Seems such a pointless whim.
But organising a garden,
Shows caring from within.

You may not see the value,
In what’s in another’s trolly.
But do not cast aspersions,
You don’t know their folly.

To them this is essential,
It keeps them on track.
For if they become derailed,
We may never get them back.

Your comments can incite,
Fear and deep self doubt.
This person may decide,
There is only one way out.

So be selective with your words,
Banish such accusation.
Mental health can be upturned,
Causing worse devastation.

Essential is different to all,
That’s what makes us unique.
Don’t judge another person,
You may bring about their defeat.

It’s easy to get frustrated,
Much harder to understand.
The difference of essential,
To some is so profound.

Your words can be cutting,
endangering their heart.
Pushing them over the edge,
Will tear a family apart.

We are not the jury,
Don’t join ‘Big Brother’ today.
Try to understand for them,
There is no other way.

Bullies attack mental health,
Abusers find a way in.
One comment to weakens resolve,
A hearse you’ll find them in.

Struggling to carry on,
Finding the plight tough.
Be a guiding star,
See them through the rough.

It’s easy for us to say it,
Not knowing this is their blood.
‘He who is without sin,
be first to cast your mud.’

Words can have harsh results,
To someone who finds things hard.
Don’t be the one to cut their flesh,
That piece of killing shard.

So if you think it’s not essential,
Think it only in your mind.
For saying it to someone,
Means a body you might find.

I don’t want to harm another,
I don’t want them feeling worse.
For if I saw them again,
It may be within a hearse.

No Matter

No matter who you are or where you’re from,
We stand united in the one race we belong.
There is no division in times of despair,
Humanities might is being able to care,

We claimed we are the dominant species,
Yet germs have much greater reaches.
We are a people who think we deserve,
To never have to earn things on the earth.

We have been coddled and babied so long,
It was always going to lead to a sad, sad song.
Now we must act for the good of all,
Humanity didn’t need a war to fall.

We tore through the earth, a hurricane,
The devastation caused was quite insane.
The death toll rises and people debate,
Yet humans brought upon this fate.

We should have seen the price to advance,
We broke nature’s well-balanced stance
We over populated the world we knew,
As our race just grew and grew.

But some germs spread quickly you see,
They can make you better naturally.
So let us be the bacteria that heals,
Let’s make saving earth the deal.

Easter

Easter

This is the time,
Life is renewed.
This year is different,
All is confused.

The merriment of life,
Seems tainted this spring.
For we are trapped,
Due to the viruses sting.

The lambs are all bleating,
The chicks they do tweet,
Yet the virus is winning,
No real sign of defeat.

The exit strategy,
Is a long way away
It hangs in the air,
Through March, April and May.

We’ve never seen,
It quite this bad.
The people are dying,
So many are sad.

Yet China has pulled through,
It’s people were grand.
They alerted all people,
In each and every land.

The virus started in China
Yes it is so true,
They are not responsible,
For natures angry spew.

No here we stand,
On the blade of a knife.
One poor misstep,
Could end someone’s life.

Yet I personally,
Think it’s done us some good.
It’s a shame we won’t all reach,
The other end of the wood,

But knowledge we’ve gained,
Must not be unlearned.
Easter has changed our life,
The old ways we must burned.

I’ve learnt to think,
About  those on need.
I’ve learnt to scorn,
Those who live by greed.

I now show more respect,
For what people do.
Though millionaires,
I have some gripes with you.

Family and friends,
Far and near.
Have all pulled together,’
Spreading hope and cheer.

People who’ve angered me,
I no longer care.
This world already has,
Too much despair.

So Easter represent,
A birth each year.
Let’s revive this planet,
That we all should hold dear.

Value?

It ripped through the world,
It put many lives at stake.
Fear entered into hearts and minds,
Isolation we all did take.

It showed us what we valued,
What had taken all our time.
In TV screens and mobile phones,
To the real world we were blind.

The high streets that were fading,
We now miss ten fold.
Families who we could have seen,
No longer we can hold.

People acted super crazy,
As shops were forced to close.
They bought unneeded toiletries,
Anitbac vanished in their droves.

Nature we watched on TV,
Instead of experiencing with glee.
Now I sit and ponder,
Why did we let this be?

We need to save our high streets,
We need to help support our kin.
When we are together,
I want to share everything.

I want to speak of unity,
I want to speak of might.
I want to stand so tall,
After facing this plight.

They’ll be much joy and laughter,
Sadness for those who passed.
Rebuilding the world,
Will be such a mammoth task.

If you have hurt somebody,
Through harsh and unjust words.
Then at the end of this,
You’ll sing forgiveness like the birds.

In times of strife and worry,
It’s so easy to change.
Stay true to who you are,
Don’t become a you that’s strange.

Stand by your family,
Stand by your friends.
Fight against the misinformed,
Up until the very end.

They say justice is blind,
I think the jury’s blinder.
If they stood for loyalty,
Then justice would be a reminder.

Though in isolation,
I’m there to hold your hand.
When all this is over,
Spread kindness through the land.

This brings out the best in us,
Unfortunately, the worst to.
Which side of the fence,
Will best describe you.

My words are meant to challenge,
To raise questions from my soul.
In our human redemption,
We must dig out of the hole.

Feel the warmth of sunshine
As it caresses our face.
When the time for release appears,
I long for that embrace.

For now I love you all,
I ask you join with me.
Lets change the world forever,
Defining its history.

Unity not hatred!

Do not hate!
A virus can appear,
In any part of the earth.
Don’t act high and mighty,
Illnesses we too have given birth.

We took disease to America,
We passed it to another race.
Ignorance has no reward,
Because racism has no place.

A friend of mine who’s Chinese,
Has met behavior beneath thee.
The virus could have started,
Anywhere unfortunately.

They were quicker to act,
Than any other nation.
Now they are coming out,
From complete devastation.

Who does the world look to now,
These people who paid first.
Don’t spread this vile abuse,
It makes the situation worse.

China has faced the task,
Of leading the rest of th crowd.
Humanity is built on love,
A respect that makes me proud.

Don’t give into hatred,
It makes this world more grim.
Believe and help each other,
We can get through anything.

To my friend I’m sorry,
People have lost sight.
So many stand by you,
In this racism fight.

I hope that others join me,
I know they’ll spread the word.
Hatred and racism,
Has no place to be heard.

I’m proud of every nation,
That steps up to this abuse.
That say these words can not survive,
They will not be reintroduced.

Let’s show the world what we can do,
Let’s not act disgracefully.
The people who will find the cure,
Are the first to face cruelty.

If we are truly to survive,
We cannot start this way.
Don’t cover up your face,
Or walk the other way.

This is a defining moment,
Where I will stand my ground.
My respect goes to every one,
I block out hatreds sound.

Hopes and inspiration!

Hopes and aspiration,
Feeding my inspiration,
Wonders and dreams,
Flowing in streams,

A magical feeling,
Reach up to the ceiling.
Bringing me fame ,
A true poet in name.

Remembered as a blast
As a poet I will last.
I have found such hope,
It helps my mind to cope.

Words that weave a magic spell,
In epic verses that I shall tell.
Until the day I will depart,
A stopping of a poets heart.

When?

So I was looking back at my past poems and found this from 2 years ago.

When!

When will we learn?
When will we see?
Destruction we cause,
A deadly disease.

Where will this go?
Where will it end?
When every animal,
Is no longer our friend.

What will we do?
What will we show?
When it gets bad,
The crops fail to grow.

Why do we do it?
Why can’t it stop?
As acid rain falls,
Fire burns crops.

Who will survive?
Who will explain?
We were the ones,
Causing the pain.

Pandemic History!

Pandemic History!

In history you will see,
Illness spreading easily.

Influenza caused much pain,
It claimed so many,  oh what a shame.

Plague covered the world before,
Till it was beaten by our strength to endure.

Cocoliztli epidemic claimed many lives,
Central America barely survived.

Plague tore through countries and lands,
Taking the lives that could have been grand.

SARS was a killer of epic degree,
It claimed many lives in history.

Plague reached out in every direction,
Traveling people caused the infection.

The difference this time I think you’ll agree,
Is it’s everywhere, social media disease.

The world has a balance to keep it alive,
Though it is sad everyone won’ t survive.

What we can do is store in our mind,
Treasured thoughts of those who declined.

Treasure

Treasure

Share a treasure,
Worth more than gold.
Help those in need,
Those out in the cold.

Help the people,
Who feel so alone.
Aid is granted,
In every time zone.

The value of helping,
Is greater you know.
It warms up the heart,
It helps all to grow.

This years the time,
To grant another’s wish.
So wave the wand,
For all to cherish.
