If we work together,
There’s little we can’t do.
If we show unity,
It will pull us through.
The world is changing daily,
As we struggle with its pace.
We are all connected,
Let’s unite as one race.
We are all living,
In a time of uncertainty.
Where we are all worried,
About living happily.
We have to pull together,
As the future comes rushing by.
For we all need to unite,
So we can’t go awry.

When we were all troubled,
By COVID everywhere.
We all pulled together,
To fight away despair.
We had to face an evil,
That we could not see.
Together we made the world,
A place of such beauty.
We still have to be careful,
Of how me move ahead.
We do not want to slay the world,
With how we mourn the dead.
We witnessed so much horror,
As the world was locked down see.
But we all made it through that time,
With strength in community.
We have to work together,
To help to heal us all.
We need to remember,
That we survived deaths call.
We cannot take for granted,
The world that we all need.
To ensure we all survive,
That we can all succeed.
Hope was what we clung to,
As we made it through that storm.
Lessons we should have learned,
Should help us with reform.
We still are causing mayhem,
As we have not followed through.
Yet if we can help each other,
We can heal this world anew.
We lost time with each other,
That we need to cling too.
For hope helps to heal us,
As we find ourselves it’s true.
We need to try to preserve
What resource we have now.
For we are on the precipice,
Of finding we may fail.
We managed to survive,
A pandemic that was cruel.
Now we must continue to learn,
How to banish the fool.
