The Drum

I sit and play my drum,

As I think about my day.

I sit a play my drum,

I do it in different ways.

I sit and play my tambourine,

As I try to think positively.

I sit and play my tambourine,

To get rid of real bad chi.

I play my little triangle,

As I sift through my thoughts.

I play my little triangle,

And know I can’t be bought.

Happy Song

 When I’m feeling down,

I sing a happy song.

That make me wanna dance around,

In ways that can’t be wrong.

When I feel miserable,

I sing a happy tune.

I well good emotions,

To gather round and bloom.

When I feel like crying,

I sing a happy note.

I think about the good I see,

As I start to float.

Journey

 I sit at the crossroad,

Wondering which way to go.

I have no idea where they lead,

I’m not sure I want to know

I’m standing at the crossroad,

Staring at each direction.

Where will they take me?

I have a closer inspection.

I’m staring at the crossroad,

Searching for the correct way.

I’m looking at each avenue,

In the hope I choose right to day.

I’m wander round the crossroad,

Searching for a way to go.

I take in every detail,

That is thete on show.
